Full-Time Account Director
Job Description
PSFK Labs is looking for someone to lead the commercial relationships we have developed with our clients. We are positioned as a trends-led business innovation consultancy and in the last 3 months we have worked with Avery Dennison, Bacardi, BMW, InterContinental Hotels Group, LendLease, Michelin, NBC, Target and Wiley Publishing. Previous clients have also included Apple, Pepsi and Samsung, and our work runs from trends research to product innovation to future consumer scenarios. Recent editorial about our work can be found on CNN/Fortune and FastCompany.
PSFK Labs is currently witnessing growth and is looking for an experienced client services professional to lead the delivery of client projects so that they exceed their expectations and we continue to grow the company. The successful candidate will work with the President, Head of Consulting plus a dynamic team of consultants to deliver world class thought leadership and advice.
Must have:
- Over 8 years experience in professional services
- Proven track record of delivering profitable client engagements
- Experience in growing accounts in terms of revenues and converting clients from project to retainer-based relationships
- Market research and innovation as part of a repertoire of experience
- Led and won business pitches with global brands
Should have:
- Experience delivering trends research projects, product and service innovation projects and brand strategy projects
- Management of profit and loss and forecasting
- Team leadership skills
There is an opportunity for senior hires to grow within the company to a management position leading PSFK Labs.
