AA|RF is looking for a Senior Account Planner to help integrate consumer insights into the fabric of its rapidly growing creative and media practices.
The Senior Account Planner will be charged with bringing a qualitative consumer perspective to AA|RF's creative, strategic and media product. As such, you'll work in partnership with AA|RF's Consulting, Analytics, Media, User Experience, and Client Results teams to help turn data into ideas and insights into action. You'll write creative briefs, conduct qualitative research, inspire ideation and present strategic recommendations to some of the world's most respected brands. Requirements:

• 5-10 years in account planning with experience in digital marketing
• Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions based upon information furnished in written, oral or diagram form
• Naturally curious, comfortable designing and implementing qualitative research, conducting interviews and uncovering unique sources of insight.
• Proven success in highly flexible, entrepreneurial environments
• Demonstrable appreciation for great creative work
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations and an affinity for data
• Demonstrable ability to connect strategy to execution
• Proven success working in cross functional teams
• CPG experience a plus
• Bachelors degree
