To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are now looking for a Junior Trend Researcher with an international background who is quick on the uptake, has wide-ranging interests and excellent analytical skills.

Your responsibilities:
Content-related project work on various issues from a wide range of different sectors.
Besides producing qualitative studies on changes in society and the consumption landscape, we also develop communication strategies and new product concepts.
Your day-to-day work will include the identification and analysis of trends and consumer insights as well as the derivation of strategic recommendations for the client’s brand, product and communication policies. Your responsibilities will also include concrete print and online research, supervising correspondents, evaluating studies, conducting interviews, involvement in expert workshops or focus groups and the independent analysis and compression of results.

Your profile:
In order to comply with the international focus of our team in Hamburg, you should either be of another (non-German) EU nationality or have grown up outside of Germany / Austria / Switzerland. A good command of the German language is nevertheless essential for customer contacts.

It is also important that you have a university / college degree and some prior work experience closely connected with the fields of sociology, psychology, marketing or design. You should be creative and well-structured in your work, interested in society and the market, have a keen instinct for new developments and an inquiring attitude when it comes to phenomena. A talent for reporting, structuring and keywording would be just as much an advantage as an instinct for the aesthetics of presentation and study formats.
