We are looking for a Senior Strategic Planner to join our team and take strategic lead on a significant piece of our Games/Toy business.

Key Skills/Responsibilities include:

• Lead the agency team in developing campaign platforms, creative briefs, and provide client with strategic insight and direction on their business.
• Analyze a range of information including qualitative and quantitative research, market data, category and cultural trends.
• Create and deliver engaging presentations for clients and the agency team by bringing insights and big ideas to life.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Be organized.
• Embrace ownership.
• Juggle and prioritize; think on your feet.
• Play well with others.
• Believe nothing is impossible.

Requirements
• Bachelors degree in related discipline required.
• 7 years experience in account planning, strategic consulting or related experience. Some agency experience is essential.
• A passion for cultural trends and desire to discover and document everything possible about kids, tweens and families.
• Experience on toys/games and digital gaming is a plus but not mandatory.
• Travel required.
