Senior Strategists / Consultants operate as consultants for various different client accounts, assuming responsibility for a discrete part of the problem solving for each client engagement. They play a role in conducting research and gathering data, helping to organize the ideas generated by a cross-functional team, contributing to the development of final recommendations, and presenting their work to clients.

Senior Consultants are expected to expand their knowledge of industries and technologies while continuing to build their team and client leadership skills. Senior Consultants advocate for the right set of actions to implement a strategy and help create the necessary consensus within both the internal client team and the client's organization to achieve results. They work closely with the client team to continuously improve the thinking, analysis and direction of the strategy.

Key areas of focus include:
 Understanding of Client’s Business and Marketing Goals
 Competitive and Best Practice Analysis
 Digital Marketplace trends
 Writing POVs and authoring white papers on various topics
 Consumer and industry research
 Development of client workshops - brainstorming and prioritization sessions
 Presentation of interactive strategic recommendations
 Website performance analytics and ROI modeling

Ability to interface and work in conjunction with a wide range of team members across various disciplines and departments is essential. Familiarity with cross-channel strategies, including online branding and direct response programs, as well as media campaign management is also important.

Background:
The ideal candidate for and Senior Strategist would have the following background:
 An in depth understanding of the digital marketplace and/or agency background with at least three (5) years of work experience in Interactive Consulting, Interactive Marketing, Advertising, and/or Management Consulting
 Should have experience working within the pharmaceutical industry
 Prefer advanced degree, MBA, Marketing Communications or other related
 Candidate must demonstrate: an ability to gather data and problem solve; strong presentation skills; knowledge of business and the Internet; and ability to work on a team.
 Should have strong experience working in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
