Position Description:
The Associate Creative Director at Digitas takes a dynamic part in leading the creation of interactive and cross-channel experience campaigns, including advertising, web sites and emerging media campaigns. The ACD leads ensemble creative teams, drawing together art directors, copywriters, interaction designers, engineers and designers to produce jaw-dropping creative results. The ACD works closely with Creative Directors and peers of different disciplines within the agency.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Leading by example in all venues
• Confident and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously
• The desire to mentor junior talent and support a learning organization
• Desire to understand a client's business, brand and marketing objectives, proactively contributing to it's evolution and success
• Ability to understand the “big picture” of the project and how it fits into both the full consumer experience and brand campaign
• Maintain high standards for execution and attention to detail

Required Skills/Background:
• Vision and passion about the evolution of customer experiences on the web, and the ability to influence coworkers and clients
• The desire to inspire creativity, innovative thinking, strong marketing concepts and solutions through thoughtful management, with a firm but gentle bedside manner
• At least eight years as an art director, copywriter or designer in one of the following areas: promotion/advertising agency, multimedia agency, web design or design studio. At least three years of online experience
• Excited about the evolution of experience design on the web and where it could lead
• Enjoys and supports working on a team
• Superior communication skills, organized and understands time management
