Reindeer is an interactive ideas shop seeking an experienced, highly creative, innovative, dependable, results-oriented designer for our growing team on a contract basis. We are in the process of rolling out new projects, and require a designer to help us in web and Flash production. You will also be part of our LiveGamesNetwork.com team.

Job requirements include:

* Design and creation of graphical elements for the web, print, and other media.
* Planning and integration of design elements including brand identity, style sheet, etc. across multiple media.
* Design and implementation of a variety of Flash applications for the web - including interactive games - with database integration.
* Ability to take design notes and deliver a tightly edited revision.
* A deadline-focused workflow and results-oriented approach.
* An innovative mindset and a desire to work on cutting-edge projects.
* Manage end to end development of web projects

You must be expert in:

- Flash (actionscript 2.0)
- HTML/CSS
- Photoshop/Illustrator
