Nielsen BuzzMetrics is the global measurement standard in Consumer-Generated Media (CGM). We help promote and protect brands by measuring CGM and listening attentively to the pulse in online “buzz”. CGM encompasses the influential insights and opinions found in online discussions, opinions, experiences, recommendations and word of mouth.

We have an opening for a Manager-Client Services in the Consumer Technology and Services Practice. This New York based position will support the Director and VP level with growing the top line business through various sales support tasks as well as being a liaison to marketing and new business development.

Responsibilities include:
• Providing pre-sales support
• Assisting with account development, planning and coordinating logistics with client.
• Partnering to identify development opportunities in large client accounts and assisting in development of presentations.
• Main point of contact for new business development team as the Consumer Technology and Services subject matter expert for new prospects.
• Liaison with marketing for industry specific events, webinars, press, etc.

Requirements include:
• Minimum of 3 years experience and background in account management and/or consultative client-facing role.
• Must be detail oriented and extremely organized to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments including management of project schedules and aggressive deadlines.
• Exceptional oral and written skills
• Flexible attitude to handle multiple roles in fast-paced, changing environment.
• Passion and strong technology focus for consumer-generated media and research trends.
• Prior experience solution selling or working in sales-focused environment, a plus.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point as well as internet applications.
• Salesforce experience, a plus.
• BA/BS degree
