Job Responsibilities
o Define the marketing strategy for our clients
o Develop strategies that touch on many parts of a client's business
o Conceive big ideas and see them executed
o Your inspiration will challenge our creative team to create revolutionary ideas.
o Ensure deliverables are aligned with the strategy
Requirements
o At least 5 years experience as either a senior manager in a marketing or creative agency
o Capable of managing your own projects and leading others
o Ability to think in a logical and concise manner, a strong conceptual thinker
o ‘Media-neutral’ approach to solutions
o Ability to thrive in a non-traditional environment
o Able to work and think independently
o Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
o Ability to work in strong team environment
o Strong Manager skills
