Bernard Hodes Group, the nation's leading recruitment communications and staffing solutions company, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for the position of Manager, Interactive Solutions to join our ever growing Interactive Services Group out of our offices in Redwood City, California. In this challenging position, you will help define the direction of agency Interactive Services and lead a talented team to deliver best in class solutions to our clients.

In this role, you will:
* Provide high-level strategy and direction on client projects
* Help educate our offices on Interactive related solutions
* Train account teams on best practices in interactive marketing.
* Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure Hodes is prepared to offer new services/solutions to clients
* Maintain expert-level knowledge of online media/sourcing, social networking, SEO & SEM and web development and provide guidance to account teams and team members
* Develop project plans and prepare cost proposals
* Participate in new business presentations

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree with interest or emphasis in marketing, advertising, psychology or related fields
* 3-5 years interactive advertising/marketing related experience required
* Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
* Superior Microsoft Excel capabilities.
* Experience managing and dealing with high performing teams.
* Superior oral and written communication skills

Candidates should also have the following:
* A strong passion for interactive advertising
* A constant drive to learn and growth within the interactive field
* A high degree of organization and communication skills.
* Strong interpretation skills; can work from little detail.
* Dedication to excellent client service.
* A strong team player who is committed to client results and can see the "big picture".
