Interactive Art Director, Renegade Marketing

Renegade is looking for talented Interactive Art Directors to redesign the web site of a major electronics brand.
Beginning with the concepting phase, you will translate your ideas through outstanding design, while also managing junior designers and leading the Flash development process. You must work well in large teams including Flash designers, motion designers and interaction designers as well as production.
Requirements:
- Excellent visual communication skills - not only for concepting, graphics, layout, and typography, but also interaction and time-based design. Experience designing fully immersive interactive experiences is a must.
- An impeccable sense of detail and quality
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Macromedia Flash experience strongly preferred. Although, you will work alongside a Flash programmer to execute the work, you must know the program well enough to be able to concept with its full capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of HTML / dHTML and the capabilities of web browsers. Experience with other interactive media such as CD-ROMs or mobile phones is helpful.
Preferred Experience:
3-5 years of online design, agency experience preferred. Large scale e-Commerce experience a big plus.
